My academic journey

My name is Jessica Hughes, and I am currently an organizational leadership-project management student, with an anticipated graduation in May 2026. My passion for leadership and effective project execution drives my studies, providing me with a strong foundation for future success.

Future aspirations

Looking ahead, I am thrilled to announce that I will be pursuing my MBAA-Project Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, commencing in July. This advanced degree will further enhance my skills and knowledge, preparing me for even greater challenges and leadership roles within the business and project management landscape.

Professional experience

Currently, I serve as an Operations Coordinator at AEVEX Aerospace, where I contribute to critical operational functions and team coordination. This role allows me to apply my project management principles in a dynamic, real-world setting, developing practical experience alongside my academic pursuits.
